Brain is essentially a fatty tissue that weighs around three pounds. It is just fitting that it needs fat to make it function efficiently. But gorging on just any kind of fat will not make a genius out of you. Your brain needs the right kind of fat, which are Omega 6 and Omega 3 essential fatty acids. If you only utilize your arms strength in performing your shots then you might generate the following power: Let's say your arm weighs 30 Lbs and you move that arm at 5 miles per hour during the execution of the stroke then your potential power would be in the range of (30 Lbs x 5 mile per hour = 150 pounds of power).
