There are 3 primary types of fat which are polyunsaturated, monounsaturated, and saturated. Do not worry about eating more of one than the other because all 3 of these fats need to be in your diet. Some excellent sources of fat are as follows: A common misunderstanding is to gain muscle mass and minimize body fat you have to eat low amounts of fat. This is wrong. Certain fats will help maintain testosterone levels which are directly connected to muscle growth. Fat will also help with joint recovery so eat up and get your 30 percent!
