UR Evasive Counterburn by MULRAH

I was very happy to not have Cloudgoat Ranger and company thrown at me early on, so I was able to wind my way through the elusive UR color pairing. Taking a Noggle Bandit early on, I found this combo's other hybrid cards coming my way throughout the draft. Cards emphasizing monoblue and wizards also popped up, though I'm pretty sure I didn't get a critical mass of either for those cards to make sense. Unfortunately, this deck seems to lack both the raw power and the synergy of the last two. It's really just whatever Blue and Red spells I came across in the draft, with a particular emphasis on the instants and sorceries I know typically work in this color combination. Creatures tend to have flying or some other form of evasion. In a way, this is a hybrid (yes!) of the two synergies I have noted for this color pair: "counterburn" and "evasion." I don't know if it will actually work, but I'm glad to see it come together.
